Rembrandt Series

Photography is an art form, instead of using a paintbrush, a camera is used. Instead of using paint, the photographer paints with light. Today, however, through the world of digital artistry, photography and traditional art applications have become integrated as never before to produce a new form of fine art.

When viewing our portraits, the observer has a hard time distinguishing whether they are viewing a painting or a photograph. Through the artistic techniques available today, the commissioned photographic fine art painting is more affordable than a traditional oil portrait.

With Deborah's skills and background as a traditional painter, she brings her artistic abilities and passion for painting to her photographic portraits. Signature Studio offers a variety of artistic techniques and finishes that are combined with our photographic images to create a one of a kind work of art.

In the Rembrandt Series we offer three categories:

  • Norman Rockwell Finish
  • Sketches
  • Rembrandt

Please call our studio to find out how you can own a beautiful Fine Art Painting designed especially for you!

The Norman Rockwell Finish is an artistic technique applied digitally to the image that gives a very distinct look and the appearance of a painting. Its' crisp defined look resembles the distinctive work of Norman Rockwell. It is available on canvas.

Sketches has the look of a black and white charcoal drawing and is printed on fine art Watercolor Paper which helps preserve the depth, texture, and values. It is best presented in a double white mat with black frame.

The Rembrandt is the top of our line in our Rembrandt Series where specific brushstrokes adding color, dimension and character are applied digitally to the photograph. It can be compared to a traditional oil portrait but at a more affordable price. It is available on canvas.

The subject matter of photographic art is limited only by imagination. Let us help you preserve your family's history with works of art that will become treasured heirlooms!
